Well, I decided to make it. Source isn't very good though. There is no grain, only dirt. (screens below)
16mm-source and not-so-good transfer convinced me to rip TV series in 720p. If video for OVAs is better I'll consider to rip them in 1080p.
Here I have some variants of encode. What do you think? Which one is better? What should I adjust?

The differences are too minute for me to really notice apart from less grain for each subsequent version, so I'd still go with encode ver 1.
No expert on colours so you'd have to hope RX78 decides to browse /m/ soon and give you advise
