Hate to request, but there's one gif I remember seeing a lot; a blue mecha skating away from a missile swarm and attempting to gun them down but getting blown the fuck up in the attempt. IIRC it's from some Jap exclusive game somewhere in the mid to late 90s that is part FMV, and the previous scene entailed terrorists or something jacking combat mecha to assassinate the president.

Really, I just want the name of the game/ova because it's fucking killing me trying to remember it.
