I enjoy the general federation aesthetic quite a bit such as the visored faces and simple sleek frames, fed tech tends to look in line with it self but just different enough that individual units still have distinct flavor despite obviously being in the same "family" like the GM custom compared to the GM sniper. Also the RX-78-1 was a top tier design with a top tier color scheme

Speaking as someone who sympathizes with the whole spacenoid cause, feddies deserve all the respect for having to put up with all these awful colony drops, especially while dealing with the corruption in their own ranks. I can't take Zeon seriously after realising nearly all their leaders believe this to be the best way to win.

Late UC feddie MS have nothing on Jegans or GMs. Maybe it's because early UC MS always get constantly redrawn and redesigned so they still look good, but late UC are just too small and to me look kind of uninspired and proportionally weird.

This. Shame it'll never happen because they're a) Late UC and b) Not Zeon. I've got the old Victory Javelin kit, and it actually fits well with HGUC, you just need a bit of work (painting, etc.) to make it look good.
