Well, turns out the women are pretty much held in that facility against their will to be raped by men because apparently women don't have rights as human beings in the DOMINATOR society.

That guy wearing women is pretty much the only one client who doesn't utterly destroy the "products" the establishment has, according to the owner of the place who's come to actually realize that women are human beings by running that place for so long.

The female officer there crawled out from that kind of establishment and is the only woman to make a name for herself by becoming one of the "Eight Rounds" that are the strongest soldiers in DOMINATOR society.

Also turns out DOMINATORs are some kind of weird human mutant thing that is pretty much male-only. Also their sperm is so potent that normal birth control methods have no effect and women who are fighting against them resort to some kind of poison or bomb that's activated when they're raped in order to take out both the dominator and themselves to prevent more dominators from being born.

Also the manager from that raid in chapter 1 has developed an obsession for Mashiro after being beat up by her, so I fully expect he'll probably capture her and rape her later on.

Also there was a tankoubon extra chapter that was posted that focuses on one of the girls from Mashiro's village who's carted off and sold to the highest bidder who's some old rich guy who enjoys taking womens' virginities.

So basically: they're super macho males with super macho sperms that needed a viable womb to procreate; so they capture as many women as possible to be used as breeding machines. Next thing they tell me that they're part of a military program that meant to breed super shoulders, but went rogue and form their own civilization but have to create this sexist culture in order to have a population; otherwise they'll be extinct in one generation.

So the whole manga is about a victim of said breeding facility who came across a mech, which then used it to commit Genocide on said male only population of Super Rapists. That's pretty much all you need to know about this manga.
