Florous didnt seem like it was in that rough of shape for sitting in the ground for 300 years, Barbatos also seemed to be in pretty perfect shape before its first fight.
Im not sure about Bael or Gusion (and I know Astaroth was missing an arm or something?) but it seems to me most the Gundam left are in okay shape, especially if theyve been left alone.

Orga has this habit of not leaving the battlefield, and sometimes even joining the battle in a mobile worker. My assumption is that its to protect him since a mobile suit is significantly harder to kill.

Besides, it can't take that long for him to become competent with it considering he has an AV system too. He should at least quickly be able to learn to run away in it. He just needs a better steed to survey the battlefield with than a mobile worker.

Fat Gusion was the result of space pirates modifying it for use specifically in the debris zone. Full City's manual states that Teiwaz recently acquired Gusion's original schematics, and that Full City is a mix of the original design and the Rebake design.

Flauros equipment and weaponry are all from the Calamity War-era. It was one of the very last produced, just like the Kimaris, which is why all of its equipment are intact.

Astaroth was also intact, until it got sold and was chopped up for its parts.

Barbatos' original armor was left largely intact, except for the shoulders which Teiwaz recreated from the OG schematics. If Baal is any indication, it probably had similar equipment/weaponry that got destroyed.

Why do people keep saying this shit? Barbatos seemingly had most of its cockpit intact. It only seemed to have its seat missing and maybe any minor things.

They took the seat and AV connector from Mika's Mobile Worker and put it into Barbatos' cockpit. The rest of the cockpit like the sticks and the monitors and the retinal projection system seem to be Barbatos' original stuff. Even the sticks have that symbol on them that Barbatos has on its body in forms 1-4.

So I don't know how you guys even thought Barbatos didn't have a cockpit. You need to pay attention.

Seeing how something is put together or what its made from is not the same as understanding the specific process required to create it. Think of it like cooking a complicated dish. Just knowing the ingrediants isn't enough, there is a specific process to cooking it. You can't just throw all the ingrediants together and expect it to come out right.

The sword used some kind of super special nanolaminate armor that could use Ahab particles to essentially allow it to cut through other armor like butter, and nobody knows how to make another. The manga is awful, like worse than the first season of the show. The characters swap alliance and change there minds at the drop of a hat, the art and panel layout is so bad you can't figure out whats going on during a scene half the time, and the story itself is just awful and makes no real sense.

And the MC is one of the fucking worst I've ever seen. He was from a nice, normal family, but after his parents were killed and he had to get a prosthetic arm obviously his only choice was to become a child hitman/mercinary working on his own, and somehow during all his jobs he never actually killed anyone until he was given a contract to kill a crime boss. But then he suddenly swaps sides for next to no reason after the boss dies during an attack on his home by mobile suits and is helping his former Gjallarhorn Noble friend find parts of Astaroth and figure out who wanted the boss dead, and every other person they meet betrays them.

The Gundam designs are literally the only good things to come out of that steaming pile of shit.

That interpretation doesn't make a lot of sense at all. It's upside down on the shoulders from how it is on the knees and chest. If it was meant to be stylized letters it wouldn't just be flipped like that.

From what we know about the Calamity War it's not like one side built MAs and the other built Gundams. We know the war was a massive clusterfuck.
