Depends on the world type anon...if its swords and sorcery type, sniper with a cqc capability for when you get caught, modern probably artillery with a midrange option and for space, transformable high speed/manouvrabiliy with ability to strike at any range but specialises in cqb

SRW jokes aside, I'd probably go with a balanced mix between sniper and CQC. Using something like the Zaku 1 from Thunderbolt minus the crippled limbs and stationary gun and replacing it with an anti-ship rifle, a shotgun and a Gouf's heat sword. Always a fan of underdog suits using varied loadouts to not be too outclassed.

we have an old Zaku I that we use to get out to fix the antenna array
there's a couple of spots where the cockpit is patched with a few layers of bondo and duct tape between us and vacuum

Artillery. It usually takes me a second to remember which button does what when playing video games with lots of different controls, so I think I'd be really bad in high speed or close range fights.

I would be a comfort pilot. I will never pilot the same mecha consecutive times. I will alternate between several different mechas. Pilot of a exclusive mecha that you believe you piloted it first? Chances are that I piloted it before you. You mecha's virginity has already been taken by me.

I would pilot an all-range suit but not anything over powered like the nu or sazabi. i guess that's something with incom so maybe a silver bullet.

I have a berserker problem, and after getting hit I want to just get into melee and fuck things up.

So while I dream of a custom Tallgeese, I would most likely end up like Gadem, and retard rush a vastly superior mecha, and die will screaming things about "muh honor".
