there's a semi-common denominator between the two in Big Van Vader
Vader shoot knocked Kenshiro out during the filming of that Fist of the North Star live action, so Vader > Kenshiro.
Keiji Mutoh worked with Vader, but that's technically different than The Great Muta. But Mutoh beat Vader, even if it was really close, so it seems that a Guyver would only augment his power levels. So unless there's some precedent that Keiji Mutoh's skills are waaaaaaaaaaay different than Muta it seems like Muta could beat Kenshiro
