Some guy said he was trying to translate volumes 11 and 12 based on the Italian ones but we've heard nothing from him. Other than that, 11-13 and part of 14 are already in the archives, but if you have a specific group you find then just make another thread.

It was licensed in English, I believe. A lot of the scans are those just pirated.

I believe it was a publishing company started or founded in part by Nagano to keep an iron fist over his work and its distribution. However, the English translation or company faltered because FSS isn't something you can base an entire company around, and the license lives in limbo like a lot of Tokyopop/Dark Horse/Del Rey titles do now.

Mind you, that's addled half-memories of what I think I learned.

A bit of what >>15010540 said, but the problem wasn't Toyspress itself (which was the company founded by Nagano), but Diamond Comics, who were the actual distributors of the manga. The translator (John Wisnom) wasn't happy with how they handled the release either. They demanded each volume be cut up into three parts, so the English version of FSS doesn't have 10 volumes, but 26. In addition to that, they put them in extremely obscure shops, it never made it to something mainstream like Barnes and Noble, in fact the only chain bookstore I heard it was ever found in was Kinokuya. It didn't sell obviously, because literally nobody could find it, and to this day you'll find very few people who even have all 26 volumes of the English version. The last 4 or so volumes in particular will run you $300+ each nowadays.

FSS really needs the Origin treatment by Vertical.

How many more chapters until Nagano gets around to them actually fighting?
