It's as if Toei recycles props so that they can save their budget for other things. Impossible concept to grasp, I know.

Fun fact, the train set from the New Den-O movie was recycled for the first episode of ToQger (the Shadow Line train that Right ended up on), and Deneb's tiger costume from the candy selling episode was re-used for the Zyuman kidnapping episode of Zyuohger (alongside the bunny costume from the Zed introduction episode of ToQger).
