First of all, there was no one living on Mars when the EF set up the colony that got Mars Sickness or whatever it was called. And it was decades later before Ezelcant was the leader, so he can't possibly be Orga. People have been on the surface of a terraformed Mars for 300+ years in IBO, while the diseased colony in AGE was an orbital.

Only the blurry painting counts. The clear drawing with the sword on its back is a Gundam that Kio built after the series was over, based on the appearance of the Gundam in the old blurry painting. Note that the Gundam in the painting does not have a huge sword, and its color pattern matches the RX-78 or RX-178, it doesn't look like Barbatos at all.
