Tryon was winning that whole fight singlehandedly up until the very last second

It seems like thematic waste to not have it been the proof that 3 people working together as individuals overpowers a single ubermachine, especially after the Celestial Sphere's had a strange fight against one decently strong guy with just some back up batteries.

Also the design decisions between Yuuma's Lightning and the Tryon are never acknowledged so the final confrontation between a legless broken Lightning with a rifle versus a semi-broken Tryon with its giant head laser aren't addressed

Probably because the weird mechanics of an actual Gunpla Battle are never explained, and mechs just happen to be as strong as they need to be for the fight, the two characters who should be arguing over specific mechanics and how they effect the game never do so- and it just resolves in blind luck without addressing anything about the characters.

I guess other than Yuuma developing some passive "I'll never give up" survive with 1hp bullshit character feat

What's so unusual about it? This had been predicted in science fiction for decades. We have had voice-acted assistants in Star Trek and any other number of scifi for as long as we dreamed up computers. And small holographic displays of virtual assistants are also not new as a concept. We all read books, watched movies, and played videogames with stuff like that. Why is it suddenly sad NOW, when it is within reach? It wasn't sad for the last few decades, so why the change?

Somewhat, I wanted some way for Mika to allude to his IBO self, so he needed to "Inherit" a Superior Gunpla that would still retain the salvage refit gimmick of Tekkadan's MS.
I figured the best way to do that would be an "Indestructible" Inner Frame similar to the RG Frame Sei put in the Star Build Strike.
