Dino Getter is probably the most Ishikawa-esque out of all the non-Ishikawa Getters out there. The similar shadings and the choreography just tells a lot.

What? No. Dino Getter was terrible. Every single page lacks a background. I'm pretty sure the entire story takes place within a white void or the hyperbolic time chamber. Every shading is just an ugly grey digital tone. The character drawings are terrible (your image related). The story is nonexistent and the cast is tinier than even Shin Getter which entirely took place in a lab.

The closest non-Ishikawa Getter to emulate/match Ishikawa is undoubtedly Hein. Ooi's Getter and Devolution are also very good entries.
