All of them except D. D looks weird with the fingernails.
A, B, and C all look like pretty standard mecha hands. C is my favorite of the bunch.
E looks like it could work on certain types of mecha. F looks like it would be better at gripping things.

Despite its all-around awful CG, I do remember the Aldnoah KG series having some sort of mesh or rubber over their hands. It looked terrible due to the animation, but they did have some nice details on it and I believe that they actually had handles or something for people to hold onto while being lifted by the mecha.
