How did I miss this thread?

I never liked how the west used to just make mechs larger versions of their pilots.
Nowadays it's better, though some artists still choose to make mechs out to be boring metal humans.

Atlas is one of my faourite western mecha designs.
Not too many exposed internals, the skull is cool, it's legs are bulky, and it's punchy.

I've never been one much for steam punk but the guy I s so damn creative I can't help but grin at every one of his illustrations. Always cool to see an artist that does both bioforms and mechanical work really well, and it's especially great when he combines the two. Top taste anon.
