Stuff you wouldn't see everyday on /m/
another one that's out there
These don't seem unusual at a IMO.
If anything OP especially is super generic and conventional to me. I don't want to see more like it.

The weirder the better, anon. succeed where I have failed.

Could you provide examples of what you do want to see?

Post something fucking weird then.

isn't this from that ps4 game about dinosaur robots?
they seem pretty cool.
it isn't as unusual as some others on this thread, but I found this design pretty amusing when I first saw it on majestic prince.
it's rare to see a mech that moves its head around like that when getting on sniper mode

Naw, but stuff similar to this has been rolling around for a few years now.
>>14951005
that reminds me of a comic I read a long time ago, about an ape robot that killed an elephant robot and became some sort of machine god
it's really damn old
I remember it was called something like "the mechanozoic era" or something

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of it on hand, but Id've posted something like the "Guardian Carriers" from Giant Gorg- these big robots a little like a cross between a crab and an octopus. They moved very slowly and attacked things with bundles of tentacles, but they also had a huge "beak" that resembled a head, yet which was actually just that.
Another would be L-Gaim's Beaz, which is perhaps too conventional, but which acted as a super-high-speed high-mobility robot in space. It looks a little like a very spindly bat with a long tail. Despite this, however, if you look closely, you can see it's actually laid out a little more like a centaur, with a small waist and a pelvis that extends backwards, whilst the "legs" spit into two at the thigh. The Machinery-class Heavy Metals, the Zedda and Lista, would also be examples- they only move by hovering.
Another would be Uranus from Giant Robo. Arguably this would be the most conventional robot, but at the same time it's less conventional than pretty much everything else here as it's basically a flying brick. It has no functional limbs or appendages; its only true point of articulation was its head. Every attack or ability it used it used without using its stubby little arms or legs!
Others would be the Jeff Wayne version of the martian loader machines, some Mechanical Beasts, especially ones like Dam Dam L2 or Genocider F9, Fungus B7, or even stuff like the Ball or Oggo.

This reminds me of the bbeg from outlaw star.
I am curious of it's source.

I like the robot designs from that game. Lots of cool stuff.
On a scale of One to Retarded, how would you evaluate an alien virus that infects machines but uses flesh as spare parts?

What is this from and how do I get one? That shit is adorable

It's called the T060101 Stingray. Some guy designed that beautiful thing in a modelling program and 3d printed it. He's selling the kits for about $200, they're plain white so you gotta assemble and I guess paint 'em. Lotta money but it is nice.
I think the more important thing here is that this is the future! People can design their own model kits from scratch and make them themselves.
