I never said that Zeta needed a poll to determine that it was good. But the fact of the matter was that the poll was made by an anti-zeta person who claimed that the poll would prove that Zeta was bad by its results, and the results were the opposite of what he intended. This was only a few months ago when that thread was made, anyone who was around at the time knows what happened.

Zeta has interesting characters and plotlines that develop in a very unique and subtle way- not spoon feeding us exposition. It develops most of the themes of the third Gundam movie further, especially newtype phenomena. The mecha designs and most of the battles are great ( episode 26, 13, and 47 are a few examples of top tier mecha action), most importantly having antagonists like Yazan who stayed a consistent and very dangerous threat to the main cast, with even the best of AEUG still getting bailed out and barely surviving most of their battles. The soundtrack is incredible, and gives the show a really oppressive and tense atmosphere which accentuates the character drama and the the increasingly desperate battle fought by the Titans and the AEUG. The addition of a third faction spices things up and watching Haman and Scirroco manipulate their way to the top is very satisfying for allot of viewers.

Episode 26 has Yazan about to kill Kamille in the Zeon ship, he has to get bailed out by Katz.

In episode 47 Haman almost kills Kamille but Fa and Katz intervene and save him.

In episode 35 Char tanks a shot for Kamille and ends up getting pulled into earth's gravity/atmoshpere, the Hyaku Shiki would have burned up and he would have died if Kamille did'nt come in and catch him on Zeta's wave rider.

In episode 13 Roberto dies.

Mour was developed as a character for about 10 episodes before she died in episode 30.

Four and Rosamia were both developed as characters and were both pilots, and both died before the ending.

In episode 5 Kamille's Dad pilots the Rick Dias and is killed.
