Probably would have been used as a newtype lab rat to help push development of cyber-newtypes. He wouldn't be allowed near any mobile suit because of his newtype abilities. He would inevitably defect to AEUG/Karaba regardless after witnessing what the Titans are capable of.

He probably would have quit early on after Bright was assaulted in Bask's office and joined the AEUG properly even sooner.

He had his moments but this being Zeta where mobile suit competency consistency were like a roller coaster worst offender being Quattro starts out really good turns into a complete utter clown 20 eps into the show until the final 3.

He would have convinced Hayato and Bright to join him. They would initially have been part of a group of Titans specifically used for propaganda purposes (heroes of the One Year War combating Zeonic influenced dissidents to stop another OYW from ever happening). Hell they may even have a custom warship modeled after the White Base that's basically an 80s-modernized version of White Base in Titans colors, almost like a giant spaceship Delorean).

They would be under heavy monitoring by the higher ups in the Titans. Spies would be on the ship who report directly to Jamitov and Bask, ready to kill the White Base heroes in case they try to defect. They would have MK II Gundams along with a MK II Guncannon for Hayato, but Amuro would sortie in a Hizack out of guilt. He'd be aware of what the Titans are doing and he'd feel he personally should not be piloting a Gundam. It'd also play counter to Char's attempts to try to be a hero like Amuro with his Quattro persona. The Hizack he'd pilot would probably be in his personal colors (the G3 Gundam/Hi Nu offwhite and light purple color scheme).

At some point they'd probably defect to the AEUG, which would be a considerable public propaganda blow to the Titans. Amuro wouldn't steal Kamille's show from him but he'd probably get a Gundam at that point. Possibly his custom Zeta.

That whole concept was explored in Gundam vs Zeta Gundam for the PS2, though the cirsumstances that lead him to join the Titans are a bit odd.

If you managed to keep Lalah alive and forced Char to retreat during A.Boa.Qu, you manage to capture Lalah and she is taken in by the Augusta Labs for research. Deciding it would be best to stay with her, he helps Lalah come to accept her role as a test subject for the Federation. As the conflict breaks out between the Federation and A.E.U.G, Amuro ends up learning about the A.E.U.G ace Quattro and immedialy determines that he is Char based on the combat footage he discovers. Agreeing to join the Titans, Jamitov instantly promotes him to Lieutenant Command and places him in charge of monitoring the Gundam Mark II program for propoganda purposes. On the day of the Units completion, A.E.U.G attacks Green Noa and attempts to steal a Gundam Mark II. In the middle of the Fray as Amuro enters into battle alongside his new protege Emma Sheen, One of the Gundam Mark II's is stolen by a young Newtype named Kamille Bidan. Amuro manages to fend off Quattro, but Emma's Gundam Mark II is stolen and she is killed on accident by Kamille. Sensing Kamilles latent potential, Amuro begins a mission to stop Char from molding a new newtype Protege.

Everything else outside of a couple details is basically what went down with Jerid, only with Amuro filling that role instead.

He appears in a few missions, but is forced into an eternal shadow as Amuro and Kamilles rivalry gets more and more intense. Amuro also proceeds to cuck Jerid out of Moqua and also cucks Jerid out of the Bylant, leaving Jerid with only a Marasai for the entire game, until being killed quickly at the Gate of Zedan when Axis was being thrown at it.

Amuro basically is a more successful variant of Jerid and Scirroco fused together, essentially stopping A.E.U.G from winning a lot of the major battles in the series, killing Jamitov himself, and luring Scirroco into the Grpys 2 firing line so he can take over the Titans and reform the Federation and destroy Axis. In the end though, Amuro kills Kamille and Char returns to Axis to aid Haman in taking over Earth in retaliation for Kamilles Death.

Although I have to wonder if that did happen, whether or not Judea whould have become a MS pilot since while I can see either side eventually finding him due to him being a remarkably powerful newtype, the fact that he would be a street rat the rest of his life instead of going to Jupiter due to him having no chance to hijack the Zeta Gundam at the start of ZZ

Compared to many of the Titans other Aces, outside of men like Scirroco and Yazan, Jerid was one of the most elite soldiers in the Titans. Unfortunatly for him however, he ended up fighting against a newtype protegee who at time surpassed Amuro's development. According to games like Gihrens Greed, his maxed out abilities were far above most of the other Titan aces, only being equaled by a maxed out Lila and a base stated Yazan, Maxed out Sarah and leveled Scirroco.

Well if we want to establish a pecking order.

Scirroco in The O beat Haman in her Qubeley, he shot down her funnels and forced her to retreat while he remained unharmed.

Haman in the Qubeley beat Char in the Hyaku Shiki she took minimal damage from a ramming attack.

Kamille in the Zeta Gundam beat Scirroco in The O but had his mind crushed.

Kamille in the Zeta Gundam beat Haman in the Qubeley, damaged her MS and forced her to retreat while taking minimal damage to the Zeta.

Amuro in the Nu Gundam beat Char in the Sazabi taking some minor damage.

Judau in the ZZ Gundam beats Haman in a Qubeley while sustaining massive damage to the ZZ Gundam.

So going by who beat who and the relative strengths of the MS at the time and the results it goes

It's hard to say for certain between Judau and Haman because despite Judau's win the ZZ Gundam is vastly superior to the Qubeley yet Haman still manages to inflict critical damage in their final conflict while both Kamille and Scirroco soundly beat her while being mostly unharmed.

Char is so weak compared to the others it's not really fair to even list him and by extension we never get a good measure of Amuro since his only real claim to fame is drawing with Char back in 0079 and Winning in CCA despite Char being such a weak opponent comparatively. Even Haman had an almost effortless win over him.

While animated works have not gone into much detail with much of Zeta's cast, a lot of the Titans more notable aces have backstories that were covered in mangas and other sources.


Yazan: The Son of a scholar and a South East Asian tribal. At a young age, Yazan was gifted with high intelligence and a healthy physic, however he was noted as having primal and violent instincts. He was taught by his mother to take advantage of his intelligence, but to always live by his instinct and sense, rather than arbitrary morality and social norms. As a result, Yazan would illigally emigrate into Austrlia, becoming a thief and a bum living on the outskirts of Perth in a shoddy cabin. Learning of attacks on the colonies by Zeon, Yazan chose to ignore the affair until Sydney Austrlia was hit by the colony from Operation British. The shockwave ran across Austrlia, doing minor damage to his shack. Livid and in the mood to find who damaged his property, Yazan immediately brandished a beat-up old rifle and proceeded to enlist with the Earth Federation Ground Forces. Despite having an arrest warrant on his name, the Federation were desperate and took in the malnourished and brutish Yazan into its ranks. Until the V project began development, Yazan would lead gurrilla raids on Zeon troops in South East Asia, capturing Mobile Suits and Troops, along with making examples out of the commanders and Mobile Suit pilots by either skinning them or leaving them to the locals.

As Mobile Suits entered into the war, Yazan was one of the first picks for a GM, allowing him to aid in the Mop up operarations of the East coast of North America and eventually becoming one of the more unknown aces of the One Year War at Solomon and A.Boa.Qu. Despite fighting brutally for over 9 months straight, Yazan became bored and found the high point of his life finally started to come to an end. However, the news of a new war between Earth and Space reignited his high once again.

The only things i'll bring up is the giant 4 way between Haman, Scirroco, Char and Kamille before Kamile went of to fight Jerid or Yazan (been a while since I've watch zeta) leaving Char to fend for himself after Haman and Scirroco decided to both focus solely on the dirty backstabber so it was a 2v1 for a while. and I'll argue that the only way Kamille beat Scirroco is he had the help of 5 or 6 newtypes plus katz from beyond the grave

Its all about execution really, the ending to Seed Destiny is hated as much as it is for a multitude of reasons.

Reason 1: Terminal is a terrorist group that actively aided a nation harboring an even more heinous terrorist. Terminals efforts under Lacus did more damage than good, including allowing Dijbril, the leader of LOGOs to escape and use the requiem super laser to destroy multiple PLANT clusters, killing millions.

Reason 2: All of the Earth Alliances leadership are dead, leaving the entire Earth under the control of radical cells of anti-Coordinator and Anti Natural forces world wide. The only nations not under this situation are the Scandinavian Federation, and ORB. Due to ORB having close ties to Terminal, it would become a puppet state to aid in allowing for Lacus to aggressivly impose policies across Earth without much public resistance and to brand bigots as terrorist. This fact is generally ignored by much of the Staff on the show.

Reason 3: Literally Terminal curbstomps all of ZAFT without a single loss. It is the most low-stake and boring finale to a gundam series I have ever seen.
