I wouldn't have said so before because of the infamous bit from one of their books bashing mechs and all that.

With the sequel coming out people got talking on twitter and one of the devs cleared it up, saying how it was mainly older people who were only refering to traditional slow western mechwarrior sort of things, since that's what the majority of shooter fans think of when they hear 'mech'.

Considering mech games outside of japan aren't much of a thing, I think talking about it should be encouraged provided there's enough interest. Plus I hear good things about it and the gameplay does look quite fun.
