You have to read Fate before you can Unlimited blade works. You have to read unlimited Blade Works before you can read Heaven's feel.
In other words to get to Sakura you have to have already read Rin. Who for you to have read you would have already had to read Saber before her.
Not all VNs have free playing order. I like Tsukihime more than fate it's even more fucked up in terms of how to unlock routes.
