Trapped in a lobster-infested hellhole, the two stoic men are stoic, working together for mutual survival. Chrico spends his time scanning the horizon, charting a part through the purgatory of lobsters. Geist passes the days cracking rocks into a vaguely knife-shaped weapon.

After a week spent eating nothing but lobster, paranoia looms. Geist's metabolism allows him to consume nearly anything - Chrico is too stoic to show his frustration, but an all-shellfish diet has weird effects on your mind - Especially terrible nightmares.

Each men take alternate turns standing guard, but neither really sleeps, because neither trusts the other. The end result is that both become increasingly fatigued and unstable, because...Well, because neither is sleeping.

and there's only lobster to eat.

After a while, it seems inevitable that one will attempt to murder the other - As relief from the boredom, if nothing else. Geist's adrenaline-fuelled physiology is beginning to develop symptoms of withdrawal; He slowly yet surely goes around the bend.

One dark night, Chrico wakes up, and realizes that he is a MAN HUNTED. When Geist attempts to cut his throat in his sleep - A psychotic fugue brought about by weeks of lobster - he finds that Chrico has stuffed his bedding with the leftover debris from several months worth of shellfish dinners.

Believing that Chrico is plotting to murder him, Geist scales the cave - The only outcropping on the endless sea of lobsters - that was their home. However, using an improvised ghille suit, Chrico gets the drop on Geist, and the two of them grapple; Somehow, Chrico manages to break the deathgrip, and the two of them stalk each other through the cave they called home...
