Yeah, but only Astray/Astray R and X Astray are fully translated and only X Astray is easily findable online. the other Astray Series(Destiny, Delta, VS) remain untranslated, like most Gundam spinoff manga/novels.

Tokyo pop released Astray,Astray R, and X Astray back when they had license but they're out of print.

That would be Delta astray, and no not to my knowledge.
