Just an aside, can someone explain to me how is it that a beam saber is more powerful than a full blown nuclear explosion ? Gundam GP02 impervious to nuclear attack, and yet can get cut down by beam saber. This is serious shit, almost as shit as when Kira survived the Freedom exploding.

I'm not, I just don't think Kouji really has any chance of winning. His fire power isn't impressive enough and Shin has its planetarium light show defense to shoot down physical projectiles automatically. The only way they even made it bleed was stunning it with the train bombs while dropping skyscrapers on him, and bleeding isn't much of a way to kill Gojira in the first place. I feel you would need sheer muscle and size or high penetrating laser weapons to kill Shin Goji.

I don't think an MS has very good odds either, it would mainly depend on how well it's shielding can deal with radiation and destructive power of its breath because a standard MS probably could only kill him with a beam saber. And even then it's most likely to cause a meltdown and kill the MS and it's pilot.
