Probably not. At least, not without massive retraining.

First of all, unless you are 40 meters tall you are going to have trouble reaching the vital points to hit int he first place, leading to incomplete and ineffective attacks. No human can hit all of the points required, and hit with enough force to be equivalent to using it on a normal sized person. So on that level, using it at all is a serious problem.

But even assuming you could physically do it... I'm pretty sure that Eva biology is different enough from human biology that their list and arrangement of vital points doesn't match up with ours. They have different organs than we do, they don't need to breath, and Berserk Evas have been shown to regrow limbs or shift around their internal biology on the fly. A series of attacks that would make a person's head explode probably wouldn't do anything to an Eva. Maybe there is a different set of vital points that would do the job, but you will have to figure that shit out blind.

Actually humans are descendants of angels so there if a high chance of them being similar. If you put a matter of hokuto shinken in an Eva but gave him the level of control and brain synch from G Gundam it's quite feasible you could kill them. Angels may be able to regenerate but let's see what happens when their circulatory system is filled with so many clogs blood begins pooling everywhere and can't reach organs to keep them running.

Most Angels are too fundamentally alien. Even assuming you could somehow punch past the AT Field, a lot of Angels have biology that simply defy logic. Ramiel was already mentioned, but you have more extreme examples. At least two of them don't even have physical bodies.

Besides, the original question was could it kill am Eva. Eva are progeny of Lilith/Adam and humans are descendants of Lilith, there is no doubt that their biology would have to at least resemble one another which means hokuto shinken would work.

Well as already pointed out, most every single one of them is simply too large to perform effective strikes on. This means a corresponding increase in muscle mass, skeletal structure, and various other physical features. Plus, oh yeah, AT Fields can't just be punched through.

What in the hell are you talking about? Did you read/watch HnK? Souther didn't do anything he was born with a real world condition that his circulatory system is mirrored of the standard so his heart was on his right side making all his pressure points were opposite where they should be.

The reason this worked against Ken the first fight is because Ken didn't know what the was going on and kept using the standard techniques that weren't working, which psyched him the fuck out since Souther just kept saying "see it won't work, I'm invincible."

The fuck are you talking about. Souther has a condition known as dextrocardia situs inversus totalis which means his heart is on the opposite side. All Ken meant by that was he realized the anatomy of Souther and adjusted how to strike him. They literally in the anime show Souther's x-ray of his circulatory system and show it's a mirror image of a regular person's. I don't know if they fucked this up in the movie or something, like they did several details, but in the original anime/manga that's what happened. You are seriously talking out of your ass right now.

You should check out more than the movies, they are easily the worst versions. But HnK is a big time investment so I don't blame people who are tepid about diving in.
