I did. Apparently for those who ordered straight from Funimation it's a gigantic clusterfuck with lots of complaints about missing items, fucked up posters/art boxes from poor packaging, broken pendants, etc, the list goes on. Thankfully I ordered mine from Rightstuf, who actually knows how to pack.
