I like these two generally in srw.

This is something only Getter really ever establishes or acknowledges. Getter pilots have to be chosen with very resilient bodies in mind because literally people of poor constitution or weak will are going to die in the Getter because the infinite energy of Getter rays allow it to reach excessively high speeds. They have no form of G force dampeners to allow for maximum piloting control meaning if they push too hard they will die.

Look at when Ryoma pilots Shin on its test run, he reached speeds so high it stopped his heart temporarily and burst some of his blood vessels. And that was WITH a super force dampening apparatus equivalent to a bomb disposals suit.

I want to say one of the series even mentions the point of 3 pilots is synchronized control is used to move the Getter in a way that dampens the force that the pilots bear while also controlling auxillary functions and cutting down reaction times. But the dampening thing might be misremembering/fanwankery.

In F91 you can see the G forces giving Seabook some trouble, after that Minovsky drives make flying faster in an ms easier
As for the others well, space magic.
In 00 GN particles reduce the impact, Flags sadly didn't that yet, so you can see Graham coughing blood sometimes.
In SEED nothing goes that fast.
The only I'll never get is the G-Saviour, since it's faster than say, a VF-19 yet they never mention the pilot having a single problem with it.

Do UC Gundams even maneuver at that kind of speed in fights? I know some later UC stuff has ridiculous top speeds but I don't think they ever really fight at those kinds of speeds. And they don't do a lot of tight maneuvers either, generally they seem to slow themselves down before rocketing off in another direction.

Most fights are flying in straight lines going pew pew until they get in beam saber range.
