Learn to use Bilibili. It's your best friend for seiyuu related content.
This is mostly from the perspective of an Aoi fan but yeah.
Both of the Dog Days events have Aoi/Nana plus a lot of other really popular seiyuu. Mostly game segments, the 2013 one in particular is great.
Then you have the Symphogear pre-screening talks with Aoi/Nana/Ayahi and Aoi/Hikasa/Iguchi. And a few other events back when S1 was airing.
Petit Milady broadcasts are generally hilarious for one reason or another.
Anything Aoi Saori. Those two have a very special chemistry.

Most of anything featuring Aoi is entertaining, really. I can think of few exceptions (most of the Madoka audio commentary) most which are back when Aoi was younger and not as comfortable on broadcast or events.
