It was okay. The mission to get it was piss easy even on expert difficulty and the suit itself was the key unit to a few others so it was good to have around. The grenade launcher range left something to be desired as it was really short and felt shorter thanks to the just beyond regular beam rifle range of the stun beam which made it near impossible to chain with.
If you could get a rock to meat shield you with both skills up, you could provide cover for it and assist while it drew fire rushed in.

>Here's the truth: Crix and Omega *did* help ripoff fellow players. Crix thought it was funny that people would donate and egged on random new players in IRC chat during the final days of SDGO. These players came from the ogp sdgo forum because they heard 4chan had a private sdgo server going up. We even had mods coming in asking if it was true. Most of us left well enough alone, and didnt participate or were afk when it was happening. But Crix thought it was funny and encouraged this random influx of new players to donate to a randomly set up new account. (I got no idea how they set up that stuff up). Crix did it for the lulz essentially. He does a lot of stupid shit and complains a lot so it's not surprising Crix himself doesn't remember something that happened over a year ago.

>Problem is several months later people started complaining in other gundam threads like msgo, ucgo, etc that Crix and Omega ripped them off in sdgo and to avoid him. Crix tried to brush it off as a "meme" (dunno what he was thinking), but some korean boards even mentioned Crix as a player to avoid. Crix is now secretly freaking out because he doesn't actually remember or not if he was involved since he says and does a lot of shit. It's already affecting his reputation so its not surprising some of his friends are coming in trying to defend him (Crix probably asked them to). If anyone's logs even go that far back (over a year) you'll probably Crix egging fellow players in irc chat to donate when they walked in asking about the private server. I was there only a few times he did it, and I have since changed computers since then (so no logs), but that's essentially what happened.

Exactly what I'm talking about. For whatever reason they have been reusing the assets from these games and passing them off to new teams to see what can be done with it. I never tried SDGN myself, but, I did watch some gameplay vids and it seemed similar enough to make me think that we might get a NA server eventually. Then it shut down and I heard about Gundam Online. I don't know much about it. I think it's a new team running it? In any case it's clear by this point that this F2P model is something carefully guarded by them. I don't know how much stake they have in it, but, it's at least substantial enough that money continues to change hands.

At least Speedy's SDGO stream was better than Kotlol's stream. Kotlol streamed from his bathroom, and had people walking in the bathroom hanging laundry. The Chinese *DO* have the server files as they tried to create a private server for it. But the plans for through due to some unrelated problems. But we do know they have them. And the Chinese will give you anything for the right price.

The only other alternative is to contact OGP to see if they will turn them over (I seriously doubt they will ever do that). Or find a disgruntled OGP employee to turn over the server files. I bet they are just sitting on some external drive somewhere in a drawer now that SDGO isn't an activate game anymore.

Alright so it's been tough dealing with Sword but I finally got him to agree to release what little he has to me. We're trying to get ahold of the chinese forum member who had a completed prize distribution app and the missing server files.

It may not be much but it's a start. After we complete the games files we can start inviting people into our alpha test server.

Donations aren't needed until we can regain everyone's trust. Until then we are just going to send out 12 invites to see if theres any crashing that might happen in a normal pvp match. If you want an invite, you must post here who you were in game, your e-mail, and why you deserve an invite. We're looking for players like Gondom who contributed a lot even when the game was dying.

Don't worry about Crix as well. He has no interest in getting involved this time, and nobody needs to address him or deal with him from now on.
