Most people don't hate the show itself. It's just that everyone who disliked the show even a little got flamed and trolled until they eventually don't want to hear about the show at all anymore. At this point it's weapons-grade trollbait and routinely derails threads about other shows into arguments about whether the show is dumb or the viewer is dumb. Thus we hate to see it mentioned because it reliably destroys threads, not because we passionately hated the show itself. It's the weirdest Gundam series bar none. I watched all of it and I liked it but can't explain why or name many characters or their personalities even. It's like a dream where you can make out vague figures and fragments of plot, but mostly you just remember it was a good dream.

Every character had some kind of personality malfunction and watching the show feels like going on an acid trip or i don't fucking know.

Things like,
