Wasn't one of Kabuto's first promotional images a Masked Kabuto in front of Zect troopers, while the other side had a an army of worm grunts mirroring their position? They also went through the first episode only using Masked, while Ex-Aid had lvl2s in episode 1 already.

Honestly I'm enjoying the action parts of Ex-Aid but the story parts don't have me convinced just yet. I do know that the first few episodes are usually weak, but I'm genuinely not very convinced by Emu and the rest. It's not very well done and feels rushed, so I hope they either do more with it or just shift the focus completely after they introduce all the Riders and get focused on the "main" main story.

I am actually really enjoying this show. I think it's the novelty of having a medical storyline, though given today's story I'm a little worried this is going to be Wizard Mk.II with a large number of Riders like Gaim. Patient of the Week, and the doctors have to make them not sad anymore so they don't disappear and have a monster appear for good.
