I stopped watching Wing partially because of her.

In my head cannon Wing ends in chapter 10, after Heero's autistic sacrifice.

Also it can end on chapter 8, if Duo kills Heero before he crashes the plane with the good politicians.

--but while we're on the topic of female characters from Wing Gundam, I had a moderate crush on Dorothy when I first saw the show on Toonami back in like 1999 or whenever.

I specifically remember the scene where she stabs the blond arab with a fencing foil. I don't doubt that it would hurt like absolute hell, but damn if it didn't give me a boner for reasons I don't care to think too much about.

Heero only wanted to kill her because she saw his face when he was wearing the pilot suit. He thought she could potentially snitch and wanted to silence her.

Relena was never an actual 'absolute pacifist' as is the brainbug amongst casuals, I mean when left to her own devices she tries to cap Lady Une or tell Heero to shoot them all including her.

She only tried to live up to the legacy of the Peacecraft name our of a sense of familial obligation and the fact every friendly person around her was pushing her to do so as if it was a big deal like her brother and Noin.

At the end in EQ she is basically acknowledging the importance of standing up and 'fighting' for peace without going towards extremes when she is telling the public not to kneel before the M.A.

When I was a kid watching Wing I hated her because I thought she took screen time away from the giant robot fights.When I re watched Wing recently,I was surprised that I liked her character.

She gets a lot of hate from fans because she talked about being pacifist. Looking back on the show she would defend herself when the time came.

I disliked Relena when I was in jr. high back in 2000 but in retrospect, she's far more tolerable than Lacus. The Relena hate died down in 2003 when fans realize there was something even worse.

I disliked her.
I thought she was a spoiled brat and a extremely annoying clingy girl. I found her caprice to follow Heero everywhere was maddening. Girl, if the boy doesn't like you at all (plus, he wants to kill you) just let him go! Don't lower your dignity!
