ITT: Questions that don't deserve their own thread.
If you have a question that seems to small or unimportant to merit its own thread, or which has nowhere to go, dump it in here.
Why is it that most Guntanks that aren't the Project V Guntank (e.g. Guntank MP, Origin Guntank) are depicted as having machine guns as opposed to missiles on the arm mounts?
Why was the Project V Guntank's torso incapable of rotating? Was this solely because of the Core Block functionality?
Why wasTimp Sharoninvincible?
Besides the Ball, Oggo, and Gwigsy, what are some other Mobile-pod type machines? Not Petite MS, mind you.
Nowadays, many older shows, toku, etc. are still getting subbed (you guys are great!), which is nice, and usually links are posted to the blogs or sites of the release groups; these are also released as batches, yes?

Machine guns are probably more effective for close range defense than dumbfired missiles, but I'm no /k/ommando
Coreblock probably was the cause. No surprise coreblock was pretty much abandoned outside of what, just the GP-01, 03, and ZZ?
Timp was too much of an asshole to dieni-chan
There was this ugly worker pod in SEED. Just off the top of my head.
Batches for shows tend to show up on nyaatorrent or even on the group blog, if not you can probably email the group and ask if they'd put one up.

more practical in close quarters, less likely to blow up spectacularly when hit, the OG Guntank basically depicted them as machine guns that happened to have missiles as ammo.

Outside UC there's the Mistral from SEED and the Dautap/Daughtapp from X (pic related), among others.

The Project V Guntanks actually have dumb fire rockets, not missiles.

I thought the Guntank's weapons were referred to as "Bop missiles?"
Would you get a mecha-themed airbrush tattoo?

What happens in the timeskip in Layzner?
Does Eiji crash on earth? How'd they escape gradoses forces after the battle?

No idea. Even the original Guntank's arms seem to be firing machine gun like shots most of the time.
>Why was the Project V Guntank's torso incapable of rotating? Was this solely because of the Core Block functionality?
All Project V suits with the core fighter can't (easily?) rotate at the waist because the core block is a giant rectangular block that forms a connection between the upper and lower body.

Try MAHQ's listings. Other Gundam universes usually have something similar, like Seed's Mistral or the Daughtapp from X.

If you want batch torrents, try nyaa.se. Search for your desired terms and then sort the results by descending size (batches would usually be the largest torrents)
