First of all, the pacing was dogshit. An example is Theodor going from paranoia and mistrust of his teammates to trusting his CO he suspected of being Stasi in a 3 minute conversation after his Commissar, someone else he doesn't trust, says "lol read between the lines".

The villains were either non-existent or too retarded to keep a suspension of disbelief, and the whole Lise storyline where Theo screws her "to keep control of her" came out as a big red flag for sociopathy, which didn't add up at all when he confessed to Irisdina in the last episode. That's not my impression. If the spoilers are anything to go by, it's shades of black and grey. The wikia page for Irisdina for example, someone who gets barely any airtime in the anime or character development, states she is a realist. Realists don't have a place in black and whites. Just for Beatrix, I think. Lise already became friends with most of the 666th, even with the whole spy thing. Beatrix is the one who is kinda "in the shadows" since Theodor doesn't really interact with her or have a reason to. Out of sight, out of mind and all that.

It's kind of why the final confrontation between the two doesn't feel very good, when it's been a big buildup between Beatrix and Irisdina.

Quick summary since I happen to have lv2 for that card.
Shirogane's having a dream of winning the element vs element fight(the one where Chizuru and Kei can never sync up) and the celebration escalated into screwing Chizuru. Shirogane wakes up, but realizes he's still in the co-ed living mode with Chizuru and Kei, who are tuckered out from the day's sync training. Shirogane goes back to sleep...only for Kei to deadpan "Shirogane no Ecchi...that was sleeptalking"

Part 2 is Shirogane falling back into the same dream and an awake Ayamine being a troll and whispering things into his dreamscape. Shirogane wakes up again to find Ayamine whispering and tells to stop messing around and go back to sleep.

The entire Sagiri arc however, was in the end mostly irrelevant to the actual story line and provided a very mild amount of character development for our main cast for how big of an event it was. The whole thing was a love letter to early 20th century Japanese "fascism"veiled in a shogunate setting.

since Muv luv was written by the Japanese equivalent of frog posting /pol/acks, it's not surprising, but it's like an American mecha game suddenly having an arc where Trump builds a wall and everyone goes "he's right but we can't let him do it, what a tragic hero" before going back to the main storyline. If it's because of the tanks, after minori appears, try to move, tanks are slower than the tsfs so after a bit, you should be left more or less alone with her.
And manage your tsf. Whenever you see the zone indicating where she'll fire then move even if you're about to shoot too.
Minori support is weaker than the ssr meiya but her skill heals both of you, dunno if that would help you.

I run a Power Double Gun SR TSF/Tsukuyomi Maya SR as my opener for the event stages. When Minori spawns, I hold out as long as I can with the mobs and trigger Maya's AoE Large Damage Skill, and swap to a Prereg Meiya/HR J-10 Technique Double Gun(my original starting ace unit) and proceed to cancel dodge around minori.
