I think Flit underestimated Kio's X-rounder abilities when he designed the AGE-3 so he might've lowered the reponse time a bit so Kio could fight easier.

Not sure which one you're arguing against, but MB is indeed roughly 1/100. There's a little leeway given for redesigns, but if you take any given Gundam MB and put it next to a MG they'll be about the same.

There's been nothing about a new F91 anime to my knowledge. The X thing is solely down to it winning a poll a few weeks about which older work people want to see made in to an animation. The winner wasn't even guaranteed one, just that Sunrise would take the winner on board for consideration. It's a more solid lead than nothing, but the F91 one I've no idea where you pulled from.

It doesn't. Only the extra back guns look good, which Freedom already has - the guns on the forearms look okay at best and the ones on the knees look awful. The whole thing looks pretty ugly and would look immediately better by stripping away the forearm and knee guns.
