Okay, Hypothetical question time. Each of the Ex-Aid riders uses a specific gashat game to transform into their Rider forms. Ex-Aid uses Mighty Action X, Snipe uses BangBang Shooting, and so on, and they get powers and equipment based on that game.

Let's say you get your hands on a Gamer Driver, and can turn one video game you own into a gashat cartridge to power your base form. Which of your games would you chose? It can be a personal favorite, the one game you're best at, or a game you think would grant the coolest stuff. What powers/weapons would you get and what would you call your Gamer Rider form?

Kamen Rider Hunter, when I transform my driver decides the best weapon currently 14 different types to fight a monster and no matter how many times I transform, I must it's locked dad use that weapon to beat it. After I git gud and reach mastery of all my weapon types I can swap between them at will.
My midseason upgrade allows me to activate an elemental power fire, water, thunder, ice on my weapon and assume a "soul" fang or brute stance to boost my power and augment my fighting style. Fang is fast with light attacks and a mobility gimmick, brute is heavy and slow but deals out big pain while shaking off attacks pretty well.
My final upgrade is DRAGON, it has no elemental powers but is as sturdy and strong as brute with all the speed and flair of fang.
I meet every enemy with "Quest begin!" and finish every fight with "Quest complete!"

For Okami I suppose it would be a speed based form, mostly white with red decals, and maybe dog ears on the helmet. Because why the fuck not? The weapon would be a sword that turns into a paint brush with a shield/mirror built into the design like Brave. The painting gimmick would eat up the CG budget like no one's business.

So I rediscovered the Orb Decade idea where Decade combines two riders to make a form, and I've got an idea on how to make the cards work for this.

More os less, pic related. The picture of a rider's helmet split down the middle is on the card alongside their symbol. If it fits. You put two of these cards into the belt, and they come together to make a full picture. The forms themselves won't be these lazy W rip offs, it's really just for show.

On the back of the card is the other side of the picture, so the cards can go on either side of this imaginary driver.

Let me explain why Wataru is better than Takeru.

Wataru with all his emo problems is atleast original in the larger scheme of the rider roster. There isn't another rider like him and even though he's bad it leaves a diversity in Rider personalities.

Takaru however is taking a mood type we've seen many times before but without anything Unique about him. Kuuga, Agito, Blade, OOO, Fourze and Gaim all had something which made them unique despite all having very similar personalities. Takeru is a massive, irredeemable rider cliche.

Most collectable gimmicks are magic harnessed by technology. Ghost, Gaim, Fourze, W. Wizard and OOO is full Magic, Drive is full technology. Birth is a tech rider in a magic series, harnessing the magic.

I wouldn't mind a series where the Gimmick is Magitech but there is a clearly Magic Driver and a clearly Technological Driver and that is an important part of the series

Next up we have the working Riders going head to head. Both partake in filthy acts for a reasonable price, both hold an affinity to collecting circular objects, both are not the only riders to use their system and both are the coolest mentors in their respective series.

In the left corner we have a mentor and a doctor who uses mysterious methods to help the other characters grow within themselves while also making a sizeable amount of money from it. He's not very good with introductions but here's his anyway, Kamen Rider BIRTH!

In the right we have a bounty hunter who works less for the money and more to allow the world reach its full potential. He likes coffee, buttons and slaying unmentionable demons in his spare time, Kamen Rider IXA!

One took out two of the main bosses in his first appearance while the other tried to take out the main rider in his first appearance. One is laid back and charming while the other is skilled and dedicated. Ones got a bullet in his head while the other has a chip on his shoulder.
