SEED as a whole had some really funky fashion sense, come to think of it. Not at all in a good way.There's a lot of animu that went for that style in the late 90's-early 00's and I don't know what the hell you'd call it, but it's retarded and was really prevalent in Japanese media for a few years. A lot of Tetsuya Nomura's designs are a textbook example of what I'm talking about.
