Not the same anon but from what I remember the anime plays the story like a fairy tale, while the manga is like a horror movie with a very high body count in comparison. I kinda like the anime better, because like with Juushin Liger I really liked the characters. Both manga have great art, but uncle Go didn't seem to care much for the plot and characters.
