Nothing suggests that Amuro had sex with Sayla outside the Tomino novelization. Fraw asked Amuro if he still had the hots for Sayla in Zeta, and Amuro just shrugs it off as depressive Zeta Amuro does.

Nothing suggests that Fraw is adulterous. She put her romantic feelings for Amuro behind her pretty definitively at the end of the One Year War. Aside from some side stories I don't know about, Amuro's only confirmed relationships are with Sayla-lookalike Beltorchika and Chan.

There is nothing to suggest Kai had sex with Sayla or Beltorchika. Given his suave 007 aura, we'd expect him to get around on his sphere-trotting adventures. But remember that 007's affairs are brief, hollow respites from the cynical agony left behind by Vesper Lynd and Tracy Bond. His longing for Hayato's lifestyle is genuine.
