What do you mean?
Every series that is well made has an iconic design that it's recognized by. Posting every single titular mecha is pretty counterproductive if you ask me.

If anything, you could name franchises that failed to produce an iconic design to know the series by like Code Geass, Battletech since 1990 (26 years and counting since the last iconic one), Titanfall, Heavy Gear, Heavy Object, and other more than likely failed anime.

TRO 3050 came out in 1990.

Aside from Atlas and Mad Cat, the only other iconic mech in Battletech was Destroid Tomahawk from Macross which I'm not including for obvious reasons.
Basically, the people behind it have no idea just how important iconic, recognizable designs really are in a mecha setting.

I'll admit I haven't seen Code Geass yet but to the best of my knowledge, there has never been a real iconic titular design that would be the star of most fan art and stuff especially since the show was, to the best of my knowledge, about an endless escalation of technology and so each design was succeeded by something else on a short notice.

Well yeah, but that's once again a design made in Macross and the poster-child of Zentradi like Tomahawk was for regular UN Spacy and VFs were for the original flight squadrons.

Do the same for almost any other mecha series and it'll have it's mechs front and center.

Look at almost all the promotional art, look at what people post, look at what represents the series generally. Yes, people who watched the series are probably going to remember them, they were a major part of the show. But you really can't call something iconic without it having greater cultural penetration than just being an element of the show people who've watched it remember.

There definitely was an escalation, but it sure wasn't endless (TTGL came far closer to that near the end of its series). There's like one general upgrade between seasons and another for the two top mecha mid-way through Geass R2.

The only thing I remember about the mecha in Geass is the ejection backpacks and the skate feet. I honestly don't remember much of the designs. It's probably because they'll all sorts of similar to the fafner/fmp designs where they're just skinny people bots with no defining features.
