The Mazinkaiser manga by Tatsuhiko was actually part of the Super Robot Wars F Kanketsuhen comic so that's why it's virtually impossible to find when searching "Mazinkaiser manga".

It was actually done by Nagano though. I remember it popping up in one of the issues of FSS too along with his L-Gaim'd versions of Boss Borot and Dr. Hell. Parodies like these were pretty common in the 80s in magazines.
