Incoming wall of text for whoever is in the mood:

So far I've seen, in this order, the following series:

1. Kuuga: really liked it. It has my fav rider, cast, progression and ending.
2. Agito: same. I thought this was the best written one.
3. Drive: same. I loved Goh and the main roidmudes, Shinnosuke was decent. Chase was inconsistent: sometimes gold, sometimes boring.
4. OOO: not my cup of tea in many respects (too light-hearted and most of the designs were too childish for my taste), but still pretty solid. Loved Ankh, Dr. Maki, Happy Birthday-kun and his secretary. Very good last 5 episodes. It should have been a shorter though.
5: Blade: inconsistent as fuck, but even at its worst (except for the chalice hi-jinks double episode, that was retarded beyond redemption), pretty enjoyable. Loved Kenzaki and the ending; the writing was subpar but the overall lore and suits made up for it.
6. Faiz: Loved the first ten or so episodes, really enjoyed KAIXA and absolutely loved Horse up until the writers stopped caring midway through when I started hating the series. I actually enjoyed the movie a lot more. The suits and some of the fights were awesome.
7. Kabuto: Never liked a single episode, but stuck with it until it was too much to bear. The suit is one of the best but it was the only series I dropped at ep 16 or so.
8. ZO: loved it despite the acting and thin plot.
9. Decade: I love the concept and Tsukasa (he's Kabuto done right) but half of the episodes are bad. Currently at ep 25.

Since I'm not interested at all in Ghost and EX-Aid is definitely not for me, I feel like I'm reaching the end of the road here. Would you guys recommend Ryuki to me as the last one to watch? That's the one heisei series that I've left and seems promising, but I've read it's not that good and the Decade episodes didn't help. If Ryuki is anything like FAIZ script-wise, then it's probably better to leave it alone. Opinions?

The name "Jounan" is really "the university located in the south of Tokyo".
In Kuuga things started in Nagano, and Sakurako worked at Nagano's Jounan (again the university in the south of Nagano).
Again "Jounan" is a fictional name given to some random university. They can be different schools.

They actually even mention in Kuuga a "Professor Hongo" with memorable eyebrows. Nowadays though, since everything is treated as part of the same world, you could see it as the same place, yes, but originally they didn't mean to make an actual continuity reference there.

The showings aren't consistent enough in crossover stuff.

Generally, Rider 1 and 2 are portrayed as powerful, but still behind the strongest tier, which is either a future Rider, the current villain or the newest form for the current Rider.

Decade is generally considered powerful, but that sometimes can just be used to show him jobbing in order to hype another Rider (like Decade vs Fifteen). He did do pretty well in the SHT GP movie even though he was suit-only though (no other Rider touched him there).

Black RX has stupid abilities and Super-1 stupid stat numbers and both sometimes get good showings in crossover stuff, but that's more inconsistent.

J often gets big scenes in crossovers due to his giant form, but it's always hyping him up only for him to be defeated.

Kuuga should be up there, going by his own show and official stats, but his crossover showings don't really portray him as exceptional at all.

Wizard was portrayed as extremely overpowered in crossovers during his own show (more than usual for a current Rider) and so far he hasn't jobbed in crossover stuff either.
