Either Katoki or Kawamori.

I think Katoki has worked on more of my favorite designs, but Kawamori deserve respect for the making the transformable mech not look ridiculous.

Shoji Kawamori and White Glint.
I'm normally not as big of a fan of the newer AC games as the PS2 ones, but I'll be damned if WG isn't the sexiest AC design ever.

Runner up is Yoji Shinkawa and Anubis. Fantastic designer but a lot of that is attributed to his lineart style as well.

Same. To me, his mobile suits are somewhat reminiscent of Zeta/ZZ era designs in the sense that there's very little restriction on what kind of toys Bandai wants to get out of him. It's just pure imagination put on paper that presents the animators a good challenge and gives the kits more detail than what we'd normally get.
