Crystal was supposed to be just the first two arcs. Then they went and made a third season, with actual budget, for the Infinity arc. To me it is quite possible that they have plans to adapt Dream and Stars arcs.

And I'm glad they did season 3. I don't know if it's a case of the source material being better because Naoko Takeuchi became a better writer by then, but the feel of it is much improved compared to the first two seasons. I heard they changed the staff for S3, but whatever changed, I'm glad it happened.
