Yamato as a protag is a fucking lot more convincing and likeable than Takeru.

Bunglay is a great villain with a genuine threat level.

Rest of the Zyuohgers have good interaction with each other, and even Misao isn't as bad as he could be because he's playing off of the rest of them who acknowledge that he's a spaz with no self-esteem and is just trying to bear with him.

They don't "suddenly like it". Zyuohger always had mainly positive impressions here with a few detractors.

Really, considering everything, the most important factor for general positive or negative impressions on a toku show here seems to be how much people like the cast. It's why Ninninger having no running plot structure suddenly was a big sin while other Sentai seasons aren't criticized for that. It's why Ghost had been criticized for a long time, even before the actual slump in the 30s and this slow final arc.

In Ghost's case i'd say the problem is that the secondary cast is so much more interesting than the primary cast. Despite being silly and nonsensical I like them more than I like Takeru at this point.

I can give you Ninninger being kind of stale on that front, but Zyuohger isn't showing signs of picking up stream. From the looks of it we'll get another Ninninger that, post series, everybody will go right to shitposting about.

Ghost's appearance in the Drive movie is just the Drive staff messing up, considering how it doesn't even fit with Ghost's last episode appearance in Drive.

The only issue with Ghost's crossovers during Ghost itself is the oddity that they're kicking Movie Wars Genesis out of canon, while referencing freaking net movies (and previously acknowledged Kamen Rider 1) - although I guess Genesis had a bunch of plotholes already anyway.

Are the raws up anywhere? I usually just wait for subs but I am too excited and I was asleep when it was airing. I don't care if it is shit quality because I will need to rewatch when it is subbed anyway.
I remember watching Go-bus Vs Kyoryu RAW and creaming myself when I heard Red Buster mention meeting Captain Marvelous, it was one of the few things I understood even without subs
