Would the Chips and Zero from GEAR Fighter Dendoh count? I know they're by no means androids, just shapeshifting intelligent machines whose real forms are only very vaguely humanoid (more resembling a cubist sculpture than anything), but they can take form of very convincing (if a bit eccentric) looking humans, and in the case of Chips, spend most of the series in this form.

She has some human organs, needs food, sleep, bleeds and all that. But she wasn't ever human. The show never says entirely what she is, just that she was "made" and her body is built entirely for the purpose of interfacing with the Leyline.
