I went through and compared some early pages to look at the translation. It looks like the xpearse version loses a lot of meaning in the text and puts weird shit like duck man as an insult but I haven't seen any plot details missed yet but this is just like the first 10 pages I scanned through so there hasn't been any plot yet

In 2071, north pole ice have melted and the land has been submerged. Humanity survived but it's divided into two species: the true humans, those who live in underwater cities, and the Dugons, those who chose to undergo genetic modification to live in the sea. Nagai was always making affectionate parodies of Ishinomori's manga. I saw one for Fantasy World Jun and Cyborg 009 as well. He actually worked in some of them. Sometimes you can see early Nagai's designs in background characters and stuff like that.

You're going to have to wait for HS. Whenever they're going to put more out who knows seeing how they only got theirs out since I put out mine. Then again, I already had the 2nd chapter translated, but it's mostly just SFX. I only need to typeset. However, it is mostly just action and SFX. I could continue but I think HS would just get mad.

I'd love to see Gekiman scanlated one day. It pretty much remakes memorable scenes from the manga but with Nagai's own thoughts.
