Since all movie wars are for starters.

So the idea:

We put Takaiwa in Brave because he's getting up in years and his back's bothering him as always, so he can't do a lot of heavy choreography anymore.

That means we put someone younger and more flexible in Ex-Aid who's skilled at hand-to-hand. I don't know who that is myself, but apparently there's a shoe-in?

So that means Eitoku goes in Snipe because his leg's still bothering him and he can't do a whole lot of moving around anymore either. Make him a gunner so there's less close up fighting.

Daisuke Sato is a retired suit actor and Fujii filled in for Aka in Ninnin if I remember correctly. Just because they have to get the secondary guys because the main ones are busy with Rider and Sentai doesn't mean that Amazons was partially done to give new suit actors some acting chops.

Also, when you're doing action stunts 50 weeks a year non stop for almost 20 years, it's gonna hurt. Doesn't mean he was whining so much that they bumped him down to secondary.

Basically what I meant by that, is generally, especially in these new riders, there's a lot of nuanced attacks and stuff and generally you don't feel like the rider can't deal with the problem. With Kuuga, he has a lot of difficulty with every monster, often gets into power struggles and grabs with them, and generally, he very much feels like an underdog, whereas these newer riders, I don't think anything of their fights as they don't even show any form of exhaustion usually, unlike Kuuga. You can see Kuuga panting a lot and doing lots of slow, exhausted actions.

I can respect that opinion, but you prolly see how fights in Kuuga are different than fights in Ghost, and while it's not wrong to prefer one style over the other, I often feel that fights in Ghost and recent riders in general just sort of go through the same actions all the time, almost like it's watching a video game being played. In kuuga, he adapts to things all the time and has a very limited skillset with which to do things and I can really appreciate that. Also I feel the whole 9000 form riders have gotten really out of hand. Like really.

He was. The accident happened during the filming of the Gaim/Drive movie, if I'm not mistaken. Eitoku came back for Necrom, but he's clearly nowhere near as spry as he used to be. He tries really hard, but that bum leg is really holding him back. I wouldn't be surprised if after Snipe, he either retires or sticks to roles that don't involve a lot of moving around.

I fucking love the characters. That's the main reason.

I also like the medal gimmick a lot, so even in the middle stretch where there's not a real big sense of urgency in relation to the Greeeds doing anything to take over and/or destroy the world, there's the constant tug-of-war going back and forth between who has what medals and that makes some of the conflicts more interesting than just "hero pulls out the most recent power-up form and stomps everyone".

Add on top of that a fun aesthetic, great soundtrack and some neat suit designs and I just had such a blast watching through it.

Every form but Pegasus is garbage so there's no way it would throw off the balance since going into Ultimate is actually a detriment to begin with. Pegasus is useful for literally any situation and can be used to stunlock bosses until they die while also having a huge AoE thing when you attack with Triangle+Circle.

I have the plat for 1 as almost completely Kuuga and I'm maining Kuuga in 2, too, and I can't get Pegasus to stunlock at all. Mighty is my go-to for bosses since Amazing Mighty is stronger than Rising Titan. The only reason I go for titan anymore is for the counter, which is very rarely needed, but I used titan all the time in 1. Is there something I don't know about Pegasus?

Triangle + Circle when you're a slight bit away. That's literally it. If the guy has his guard up just do a full charge and it breaks it, then do it with no charge to drop him. As soon as you knock them down you just start immediately charging up, and when they're about to get up you can let it go to drop them again and repeat the process until the boss is dead. Mighty is workable, but Titan and Dragon are worthless, especially Titan. It's like playing Put On Kabuto with how slow he is.

Hell, if you want you can do fully charged squares which take less than a second to break the guard and then drop them with a no charge, and stunlock them.

It's times like this where I had a PS4 and Genesis to make webms.

Nah man, if you want a good loadout in 2 you should aim for Den-O Super Climax, Fourze Meteor Fusion States, and Cosmic States/ Wizard Special Rush/Trial.
If you're looking solely for damage(Specifically in the level and final survivals) then you should go Daguva, Kuuga Ultimate, and Meteor Fusion States.

Anything that heals you is garbage in Battride War games since there's more than enough item drops in the level to sustain you, and you need to keep the amount you take low for the S ranks anyway. The only time it's ever of any use is in Battride War 1 on the very final survival mode since you're constantly taking so much damage passively and everything hits like a truck on top of there not being healing items if I remember right.

The point is to to take a combo figure at bare minimum since it pretty much auto-guarantees you a 2000+ combo which means S ranks are way way simpler on any mode, and you either do another combo figure so you can make up for the damage you might take in combo points, or you take a combo time lengthener/attack range increaser to keep combos going. Then there's naturally the damage increaser, in 1 it was Agito Burning, in 2 it's the Daguva/Ultimate combo or Super Climax Form.

No, taking damage lowers your rank. Doing the Kiva/Ryuki method you're looking at is pointless since the HP recovery is usually extremely slow/small, and the Daguva/Ultimate Kuuga is way better since it's the highest damage increase just to give up special(Which only Kabuto, Ryuki, and Kiva kinda need, but Ryuki has ways to stunlock bosses and deal with mobs while Kiva can spam Dogga Hammer). It pretty much has your attacks killing bosses in less than six hits and one-shots everything else.

Gaim and Zangetsu Shin by far. At least Baron has Mango to switch things up, Strawberry is almost worthless and Pineapple is horrendously slow, so the only option is either Orange which has terrible moves or LEMON ENERGY LEMON ENERGY LEMON ENERGY LEMON ENERGY. Zangetsu Shin is just MELON ENERGY MELON ENERGY MELON ENERGY since the Gaim riders' best move is literally the arrow charge. It's the best AoE and best damaging attack.

When I used to play BW2 I didn't really enjoy anybody but Kuuga, Kabuto, and Fourze. Some others were okay (den-o and W come to mind) but everyone else was basically "I have to use them in this mission" tier to me.
