So just what are all the sizes of the Getter Robos?
Getter Robo Go is stated in the manga as being only 20m tall and is shown alongside many of the smaller robots from other countries.
Getter Robo is officially stated as being 38m tall in the original anime, but appears to be depicted larger in more contemporary media.
Getter Robo G is officially 50m tall and this seems to remain a constant throughout all of its depictions.
Shin Getter Robo is officially 55m tall in Getter Robo Armageddon. Presumably the Shin Getter Robo and it's God Getter Robo form in 'Shin Getter Robo vs Neo Getter Robo are the same height as well.
Neo Getter Robo appears to be shown not much larger than the regular Getter Robo in it's OVA though is often presumed to be 50m, the same as Getter Robo G.
Getter Robo Arc in this image appears to actually be smaller than Shin Getter Robo despite being it's successor (is this ever confirmed in the manga?).
"New" Getter Robo... I have no idea how tall it is supposed to be.
While Getter Robo Hein appears to be the same size as Shin Getter Robo.
And Getter Emperor can be argued as being roughly 1km tall in most depictions where it's shown against the other Getters.
Thoughts? Info or contributions?

This is all you need to know:
Manga Getters are all roughly the same size (excluding things like Emperor), which is about 20m. Getter, Go, G and Shin are all the same size about. There's not more than a few meter difference between them.
In the anime, the sizes are much bigger and get larger as each robot is introduced.
The OVAs use anime sizes.
Most artist take liberties with the sizes, like in your image.

Neo Getter is the G version of Go in a lot of ways, but I seem to remember its size being in that 35-38 range of the original.

No, it's 18. Compare Kouji to the Pilder (he's taller than it), and the Pilder to the rest of the body.

Actually the official size of Z was upped to 24m in Shin Mazinger Z since it was quite apparently that 18m was too short for how Z was being depicted in contemporary media.

Mazinger Z's size was made 20m in the Great Mazinger anime and 24m in the 2009 Anime.
Mazinkaiser is supposedly 23m in the Mazinkaiser OVAs (despite easily being the same in scale as the Big O which is 30m) but before that was listed as 28m in Super Robot Wars game and before that claimed to be comparable or slightly larger than a 30m tall Grendizer (though this was as the proto-Mazinkaiser concept "God Mazinger") in the Super Robot Wars novel by Ken Ishikawa. Yet the pilot to mech ratio doesn't vary in any notable manner between any of the media.
I think the safest bet is to list their height as a range of a maximum and minimum.

Getter Emperor in ship form is bigger than planets. The width of its Getter Beam is about the diameter of a planet iirc from when they show him in Shin Getter.

In the mangas the Mazingers have proportionally smaller bodies and larger heads than how they are typically depicted in media adaptations meaning Mazinger Z is actually 18m tall, Great Mazinger is actually 20.5m tall, Grendizer is actually 22.5m tall and Mazinkaiser is actually 23m tall.
- Size Scale 2 (Toei) -
In the Toei Anime during the 70s and 80s the scale between robots was superficially set at 5m intervals with Mazinger Z being 20m, Great Mazinger being 25m and Grendizer & God Mazinger being 30m ignoring the original size depictions in the source materials.
- Size Scale 3 (Modern Anime)
The DVD booklet for the Mazinkaiser OVAs uses the official manga numbers when in fact that OVA itself (and later Shin Mazinger Z: Impact Anime) features the these robots with proportionally larger bodies so that Mazinger Z is depicted as 24m, Great Mazingers is depicted as 27.3m and Mazinkaiser is depicted as 30.666m.
- Size Scale 4 (Shin Zero) -
Yet again we see in the Shin Mazinger Zero manga a whole new size scale. Mazinger Z is canonically 30m tall (and it shows) and Great Mazinger is respectively 34m tall.
