What do they mean by worldwide support does it just mean then online will be more accessible or do they mean a world wide release

online support would only exist for the places that they would release the game in (e.g., asia/HK online for an HK release, japan online for japanese release)

so online being accessible would have to mean it'd be officially released where they want to support online servers for
