The suit and monster designs are amazing (if a little too close to Linebarrel, but that's just Shimuzu's style), but the writing is really generic and not very memorable.

Ultraman is a fucking fast read, Took me 27 minutes to read all volume 5. I dont like it so much, I prefer the getter manga from the authors, but still, its a light fun read.

I think it's alright, but only because I really like the SSSP, and it throws a bone my way every now and then. It could stand to go a little farther, though. If the manga had gone as far as, say, those '90s Ultraseven movies, that + the armor designs would make it a 10/10 series.
