Extremely unlikely, at best they got a Gundam Sentinel type agreement with Nagano where they're allowed to make a few figures of certain designs (most likely the ones derived from L-Gaim). And it may just be figures that they're allowed to make and not model kits since Nagano hates Bandai's modelling department.

Well the retcon happened a few years ago, didn't it? Nagano's probably had some time to come to terms with both of his designs types. I mean, he drew the way he did for like 25 years for a reason. I'm sure he'd be happy to let some of the older designs be released as figures

What amazes me about this, though, is that this is happening before any of Nagano's designs for Brain Powerd get any figures at all. So if there's anything he didn't like working on, that's probably it.

There was a Bandai kit of the Hime Brain and a blue webshop repaint later on, but I think the lack of BP figures is probably because it wasn't a very popular show. Post-Victory Tomino works don't seem to get a lot of plastic love from Bandai. We don't have any decent Bandai King Gainar or Wings of Rean figures either.
